THE VILLA (400 SQM APPROXIMATELY)
The rent of the entire villa includes 8 bedrooms, each one with private bathroom, for a minimum of 16 people a large living room and sofa area (80 m) with American kitchen where to enjoy your staying or dining with the other guests.

Garden floor: 4 studios. Each studio of 40 sqm includes large windows opening on the terrace and viewing the garden. You can use the terrace as dining area or to relax; living room inside, with kitchenette and dining area, curtain and, on the mezzanine wooden floor a king-size bedroom, bathroom with shower and private washing machine (only in studio 1 - Penelope). Wardrobe closet, TV set, etc. The first studio includes a small room equipped with single bedroom and wardrobe, extra armchair bed. The whole studio area may host 10 to 14 people: 2 or 3 guests for the open space studios and 4 to 5 people for the double bedroom studio. The lower floor is at the level of the parking area, accessible to disabled people.
